The German actress Barbara Seifert completed her acting studies in Berlin at the Hochschule fur Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch”. Since that time she has been working with several German theatre companies as well as for a number of television and cinema productions.
In 2001 she met the Russian Akhe Group during the Arena Coproduction SINE LOCO.
After striking up an artistic kinship with them, she has been touring worldwide with their productions Sine Loco, White Cabin, Wet Wedding and Pooh Y Prakh.
